A new app wants to make it easier for you to chat to your colleagues.

Called Blind, the app lets you to have anonymous conversations with coworkers about your workplace, without the fear of your conversations being intersected or overheard by your employer. It’s a similar idea to another app that was popular in the Bay Area last year, Secret, except conversations are exclusive to people in your specific workplace.

The app launched in the U.S. this week, but has been available in South Korea for roughly two years. In order to use the app, your company has to have a critical mass of people sign up to use the service.
