17 Sep Semba Biosciences receives $250,000 venture loan
Semba Biosciences Inc. has received a $250,000 Technology Venture Fund loan from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce for equipment and working capital to expand its capabilities into additional product lines and international distribution.
“By continuing to invest in biotech research and development, we are moving toward an economy that is stronger than ever and is built around the things we value: science, technology, life-saving advances,” Governor Doyle said. “These are real things that we can count on to make life better, and I am pleased to help Semba expand its capabilities, creating jobs for hardworking Wisconsin families.”
Semba Biosciences, Inc., a supplier of scientific instruments and reagents, has committed to hire over 30 employees within the next three years.
