Kerry opens USD 50 Mln Innovation and Technical Centre in Beloit, Wisconsin

Kerry, the global ingredients & flavours and consumer foods group, today inaugurated its new state-of-the-art Kerry Center in Beloit, Wisconsin to spearhead customer product commercialisation into the future.
The new 250,0000 square foot innovation and commercial centre, completed at a cost of US$50m, was officially opened by Governor of Wisconsin Jim Doyle. Supporting Kerry’s ‘integrated approach’ to meeting customer-specific innovation requirements and product solutions in the American food and beverage industries, the Kerry Center will provide industry access to all Kerry ingredients and flavour technologies through dedicated customer application suites, culinary theatres, sensory services and customer application pilot production facilities.
Speaking at the official opening of the Kerry Center in Beloit, Kerry Group Chief Executive Stan McCarthy said; “Our new customer-focused centre of excellence builds on the Group’s ‘go-to-market’ strategy – leveraging Kerry’s unrivalled range of technology based ingredients, flavours and integrated solutions in food and beverage growth markets”.

Our new Wisconsin based Kerry Center will be a key differentiator in meeting the product development needs of all major food and beverage processors and foodservice providers in American markets. It will also provide for scalable growth of Kerry’s ingredients & flavours business model and facilitate acquisition integration into the future”, he added.
