ExchangeHut acquired by CDI America

Madison, Wis. – The ExchangeHut Network, a Madison ticketing exchange company run by University of Wisconsin students, has been acquired by CDI America.
The transaction will bring the ExchangeHut service, now available to the University of Wisconsin-Madison community and other Midwestern campuses, to a broader community of college campuses.
Since 2005, ExchangeHut’s technology has facilitated thousands of ticketing transactions at UW-Madison. In addition, the company serves the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Penn State University.
As a result of the acquisition by CDI America, The ExchangeHut Network now has the resources to significantly extend the ticketing service CDI America also acquired the Daily Jolt, a student based website that originated at Amherst College.
ExchangeHut was created by Matt Stamerjohn when he was a UW-Madison student to create a market for tickets and textbooks. The company was subsequently purchased by UW-Madison students Nathan Lustig, Corey Capasso, and John Tucker.
