Milwaukee, Wis.Journal Communications has completed its $185 million sale of Norlight Telecommunications to Q-Comm Corp. of Evansville, Ind.

With the purchase, Q-Comm will be able to expand its network. Q-Comm owns Cinergy Communications Co., and operates other communications businesses in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
