18 Dec Sentry Insurance to add 30 IT jobs in Fox Valley
Stevens Point, Wis. – Representatives of Sentry Insurance are recruiting information technology workers to staff a new office that will open in the Fox Valley earlier next year.
The Stevens Point-based insurer plans to expand its information technology operations in the valley, citing a rich pool of talent in the area and improvements to U.S. Highway 10, which connects the central Wisconsin city to Appleton and other Fox Valley communities.
The office, which will employ at least 30 information technology professionals, will mark the latest expansion of one of the largest insurance companies in Wisconsin. In addition to its Stevens Point headquarters, Sentry has an office in Madison and employs 2,700 people statewide.
Sentry offers several lines of insurance to businesses and individual consumers nationwide.
