22 Mar Merge subsidiary to provide software to Mayo clinic
Cedara Software, a Canadian subsidiary of Milwaukee-based Merge Healthcare, said it will provide planning software to Mayo Clinic’s orthopaedic surgeons.
The company’s OrthoWorks product will be integrated with Mayo’s existing picture archiving and communications system (PACS), helping support joint arthroplasty, spine, trauma, deformity corrections, image manipulation, and image stitching, the firm said.
Mayo Clinic has 70 orthopaedic surgeons among its practices in Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; and Scottsdale, Arizona.
