21 Dec AquaSensors lands $360,000 angel investment
Milwaukee, Wis. — AquaSensors, a Milwaukee-area company that makes analytical devices for water and other liquids has received a $360,000 investment from local angel group Silicon Pastures.
The company’s main product is a system in which various sensors for water, waste-water, food, beverages, chemicals, pulp & paper, and other applications can be attached to a standard “stick” device that converts the signals to computer data. One of its main selling points is the modularity of the system.
In June, AquaSensors finished in second place in the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest after taking the advanced manufacturing category.
