IRS revamps search, navigation in new Web site

… and after its recent redesign

The Internal Revenue Service has put a new face on its Web site, as well as tweaking its search engine to hopefully make it easier for visitors to find the right forms and information.
After keeping roughly the same design since mid-2002, the IRS decided to make the changes based on its ongoing usability studies and surveys. Among other features, the site has links to the most-requested publications on its front page, and the search engine has been upgraded.
