Computer access brings more Wisconsinites to libraries

Libraries in Wisconsin are finding that having more computers with Internet access, among other factors, is boosting visitors and circulation. Even though funding has been sparse, grants from non-profit organizations have allowed libraries to expand their computer sections, which allow people to check their e-mail, browse the Web and do word-processing. Most require reservations.
