31 Aug Children's engages MedAssets for supply chain management
Children’s Hospital and Health System, based in Wauwatosa, Wis., has selected MedAssets of Atlanta to implement supply chain management solutions. Children’s Hospital is the second shareholder of Child Health Corp. of America (CHCA) to sign an agreement with MedAssets in recent months. The health system has a total annual supply spend of more than $90 million. The multi-year relationship is effective Nov. 1.
Georgia-Pacific Corp. has chosen the DL Transportation Management Solution produced by RedPrairie of Waukesha, Wis. Georgia-Pacific will use RedPrairie’s transportation management suite for freight consolidation, carrier assignments and load planning.
Lakeshore Lanes of Sheboygan has implemented Voicesoft On Demand Scheduling for appointments for its fun center activities. The application is from Voicesoft, Inc., of Santa Barbara, Calif. “It will allow us to eliminate phone and hold times and focus more on the customers in the center,” said Todd Schaetzer, general manager of Lakeshore Lanes said.
