26 Aug Growth prompts new location for scientific instrument manufacturer
Burlington, Wis.. – Strong sales of its consumables and scientific instrumentation has promoted Analogix, Inc. to moved its operation to a larger facility here, the company reported Thursday.
Analogix manufacturers scientific instruments and consumables used by research chemists developing new drug compounds during the drug discovery and development process.
The new building is at 171 Industrial Dr. in Burlington, one block from its old facility.
“This new facility is two and one half times larger , giving us ample space for both product development and greatly increased production,” said Analogix President Nick DeMarco. The move has also enabled the company to further develop its quality assurance capabilities, he said.
The five-year-old company is a supplier of Flash Chromatography instrumentation, systems and consumable cartridges; supported by parts and accessories, to the pharmaceutical industry’s most prominent companies. The new facility accommodates significant employee growth in Analogix research, production and marketing activities. Analogix is the US partner of Interchim of France.
“Going into the larger quarters is extensively improving our automation processes, including specially designed production machinery incorporating our proprietary Gradient-Free Compression technology,” said DeMarco.
