12 Jul PDS to launch new services with Cisco
Paragon Development Systems (PDS), an Oconomowoc-based IT services provider, announced Tuesday a new market campaign in conjunction with Cisco Systems. Starting July 1, the campaign will expand the PDS presence in the IT services and communications markets.
PDS recently received Specialized Technology Partner Certifications from Cisco in the three main areas in which the companies will partner; IP Communications, IP Communications Express, and Wireless. In addition, PDS is certified to implement networking solutions from Cisco Systems, and it is currently working to meet the requirements for a certification in Storage Networking and Security.
PDS will receive several benefits from its partnership with Cisco Systems. With certifications from Cisco, PDS has gained high rankings which will benefit its new market campaign. PDS will also gain access to Partner Access onLine (PAL), the tool with which Cisco Systems monitors and improves customer satisfaction. Cisco certifications guarantee PDS access to Cisco’s technical support services and informational websites, as well.
