16 May Fiserv unit releases customer relations software for financial industry
A Pittsburgh unit of Milwaukee-based Fiserv Inc. has released a software suite for customer relationship management aimed at the financial industry.
CRM software keeps track of the interactions between customers and different parts of a business at different times, allowing the business to coordinate its customer service. Fiserv’s Enterprise Relationship Managemet Suite is meant to integrates with other systems from Fiserv, which makes a wide variety of software for clients working in finance and health-care benefits.
The firm says its suite allows an organization to develop and change stored information on business processes using a grahical interface.
Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV) reported $3.4 billion in revenues in 2004 and claims 16,000 clients.
