AT&T lands $1.6 million contact renewal with Eau Claire's KRM Information Services

EAU CLAIRE, Wis.—AT&T announced Tuesday it has won a three-year, $1.6 million contract from KRM Information Services, Inc., renewing an agreement for toll-free, long-distance and business Internet access services. These services enable KRM to provide turnkey distance learning and real-time, interactive virtual seminars to associations, publishers, corporations and government entities.
Eau Claire-based KRM manages live audio and Web-based visual presentations from its professional studios, helping its clients simplify the event hosting process, reduce travel expenses, increase the speed with which they can distribute information and improve productivity.
“Our reputation as a red carpet concierge service for high-quality virtual events requires us to focus on administration and content and to keep the technology invisible to our clients,” said KRM President Rick Olson.
AT&T’s solution is offered through AT&T Business Network, which integrates voice, data and IP services into a single contract.? KRM also gains access to the AT&T BusinessDirect portal, a secure online productivity tool that provides real-time reports on network performance and 24/7 access to AT&T’s ordering, status, inventory, trouble management and billing systems.
