Firstlogic's mailing-address update system gains Postal Service certification

La Crosse, Wis. – Firstlogic, Inc. announced Thursday it has gained certification as an interface developer and distributor in compliance with the United States Postal Service‘s National Change of Address Linkage System, or NCOALink.
The latest version of Firstlogic’s product Mover I.D. has been certified as an interface that meets the program’s requirements. NCOALink is designed to help organizations keep mailing lists up-to-date as postal addresses change. Mover I.D. provides single-pass processing for address cleansing and updating.
Firstlogic will offer users of Mover I.D. upgrades to the new, certified version, the company said, while users of USPS’ FASTforward program will be able to choose whether to continue using it or switch to NCOALink.
Chris Lien, commercial mail market director and postal affairs co-chair for Firstlogic, said, “Our certification builds on more than two decades of supporting USPS automation initiatives and offering our customers access to the latest programs available to help them find, target, and reach the recipients of critical customer communications.”
La Crosse-based Firstlogic’s software helps companies create a single record view by analyzing, cleansing, matching and consolidating customer and operational data.
