Thank you for registering to attend the Digital Healthcare Conference 2009 on May 6th and 7th at the Fluno Center in Madison. Here is some pre-conference information to ensure that you have an enjoyable and productive time at the conference.

Parking / $10 a day

The cost is $10.00 per day or $6.00 for the afternoon and evening in Lot 83 at the Fluno Center. Lot 83 (290-stalls) is located beneath the Fluno Center. Click here for map of parking facilities.

Internet, e-mail access and power:

The Fluno Center has internet and power ports at each seat in the auditorium. Please feel free to bring in your laptops and short Ethernet cable. No-charge wireless access is also available.

If you will be using your laptop during the presentations, please be mindful of those around you – put the volume on mute and be as light as you can with the keyboard.

Presentations:

Presentations will be online where available in PDF format on the agenda page prior to the conference. An e-mail will be sent to attendees with links to the pdfs as soon as the presentations are available - usually a day or two before the event. We will not be handing out paper copies of the presentations at the symposium.

Dress:

Business casual but a number of people wear suits and ties.

Registration times and location:

Registration will be open at all times during the conference.

Registration will take place on the second floor. Go up the stairs in the atrium and go to the left towards the windows. Signs will be posted.

Conference survey and feedback:

A conference survey will be e-mailed to all attendees by Monday, May 24th. Please jot down any notes or suggestions you have during the conference so that you can include them in your comments on the survey. We value your thoughts.
